Coach serves ball to Blue attacker who dribbles to central area then attacks one of the goals.
Red or Black defender defends 1v1
Progression 1 - If Blue scores, then coach serves another ball and Blue attacks Black goal.
Progression 2 - If Red wins the ball, he attacks Black goal
Progression 3 - Go to 2v1, 2v2 etc.
Rotate Red, Blue and Black regularly
Cover distance quickly to apply Pressure, slow and arc run.
