Number each player 1 - 4. The coach calls out one number. The blue team member run around the blue cone and becomes the keeper. The red team member runs around the red cone and becomes the attacker. Can score up to 4 goals. Then the teams switch round to see if they can beat the other teams score.
Goalkeepers stand in the middle of the goal. Try and use hands or feet to prevent the ball from going in the net.
Attackers pick up the ball, get into a central position infront of the goal and try to score a goal.
