First player runs to cone on left and changes direction to go between manikin and cone, and run to far cone. Second player throws the ball to the running player to receive on far cone. Once caught they run the ball back to the start line. The thrower is then running and the ball is passed to the new second player. Team have to complete a rep running to each side.
