Activity 1- 5 Yard Pass (10 mins)
Player 1 Black- in line with Red cone
Player 2 Red- in line with Orange cone
Players to consistently pass the ball to each other for 3 mins.
Add CPs- Set a challenge to see how many passes can be made, before making a mistake.
Continue for another 3 mins.
Activity 2- Varied Passing (10 mins)
Player 2 will now move backwards to each colour cone, to develop power and accuracy.
4 Passes to be made at each colour cone.
When Player 2 has complete All 12 Passes, they will swap with Player 2

Activity 3- Dribble Contest (10 mins)
Player 1 Black- in line with Red cone
Player 2 Orange- behind Player 1
Player 1 will dribble to the Orange cone and back
Player 2 will dribble to the Blue cone and back
Player 1 will dribble to the Yellow Cone and back
Swap players round and repeat Race.
