What are 2 or 3 High intensity fitness drills for Pre season Rugby League players at a senior level.
Hi,Just wanted some ideas on drills for Under 8's to teach defence. For example we set all kids up in a line but as soon as the other team play the ball all kids run up and try to tackle. It is great enthusiasm shown by the kids however they are unable to reset into a line which means as soon as the other team plays the ball there is big open gap that they other team can get through.

...where it will list and describe playing terminology such as shave, tackle-back, steal, forehand.
I require a diagram for the positional play of a team that is about to receive the ball from a kick-off.
While this seems to be a great drill, how is the interretation of the ridiculous"obstruction" rule. The 2 players going through the line, while not entering the play with the ball, the refs here in Aus are pulling things up that just aren't there. Just after a bit of clarity. Cheers

Wow what a great website, I have found sportplan an important tool for me when planning my netball sessions with my netball team. What a fantastic tool. The Chalkboard and session tools make an unbelievable difference in making training plans in both time and organization. I will be instructing all of my assistant coaches that this tool must be used for all sessions during the season, so that we may build a club coaching resource library.
I can't get enough of the Sportplan, It has given me back the enthusiasm i was starting to lose. My girls are so keen and are ready at 14 to take the next up in their game. Sportplan will help no end.
