Players start running at the same time and when the meet in the middle, the blue players give a drop off pass to the red player before both continuing their run to the opposite end to which they started.
Change direction of running so that passes go the other way.
Passes should not be forward but lateral so that the receiver runs onto the ball.
When competent, make players pass backwards so receiver has to turn to collect it.
The players run to the cone and then pass the ball square before running on to the next cone and pass square. When the players reach the end they have to run back through the middle of the cones.
The practice keeps repeating.

Player with ball opposite each other run to the middle then side stepping and passing the ball to the left queue of players
Offence (blue), line out in one deep line.
Defence (red) - opposite in a straight line, slightly inside player you are marking.
Offence endeavour to pass ball along line.
Defence move up to stop them. Each defender goes up to tackle - if ball is passed THEN they work to protect inside shoulder of player on their outside.
