Center shot - Hip height

Center shot hip height: A right hander should take one right footed step forward when they are about an arm's length away from their opponent. They should raise their arm to shoulder height, backwards, as if to make a normal center shot. Their right hip should be turning backward with arm and shoulder together. The player should then take a large step with their left foot, almost so that it is between the opponent's legs. The final move - players' arms move from back to front explosively, with their hand behind the ball (hand should be sideways, like you want to sweep the floor with the side of your hand). Finally, let go of the ball and point in the direction you want to throw it.

Two attacking players stand on either side of the goal area line and take it in turns to have gentle shots on goal (making it easy for the keeper to gather the ball). Once the keeper has stopped the shot they should pass the ball up the centre of the court into the path of the red player in front of them. Red players should aim to receive the ball on the move and then sprint forwards, dribbling the ball  with them, to the cone on the Centre line.

Left-handers should shoot with their right foot in front, right-handers shoot with their left foot in front As you wind up to shoot get your hand at the same height as your shoulder and then pull the ball backwards. Your forearm should form a 90 degree angle with upper-arm Hip turns backwards together with the hand behind the ball with your fingers slightly spread. The third and final step involves moving forwards with a large and explosive drive - planting the 'weak' foot in the direction of the goal as the hand, arm and hips move forwards in the final movement.

Players from both lines run forwards at the same time, with the ball carrier crossing over in front of the other player. When the players cross over they should switch the ball between them as at this point they are blocking the goal keeper's view. Once the other player has the ball they should shoot on goal before then collecting their ball and joining the back of the queue.

Blue 1, 2 and 3 throw, bounce and roll the ball at goal. The keeper should react as quickly as possible to the incoming ball, gather it up and then side-step/ move forwards (only one step) in order to throw the ball up field to player 4. Player 4 must catch the ball and then return it to one of the players without a ball to restart the drill.

Goalkeeper stands on the goal line. A player throws two balls at the goal, which the goalkeeper tries to stop. He then sprints forward, touches the ball of the blue player, who throws it high over the goalkeeper's head into the goal. When the goalkeeper has touched the ball he jogs back to save the lobbed shot before it crosses the goal line. Once under control of the ball, he throws a fast break pass to one of the players half way up the court.

Blue player 4 throws the ball wide to blue player 3 and receives the return pass. At this point blue player 1 should position themselves on the inside of red player 1 using the back screen. Blue player 4 advances with the ball towards red player 1 and then runs to the right, making use of blue player 1's screen. Blue player 4 should then set a back screen in front of red player 2 before passing to blue player, 1 who is now open and unmarked, for them to shoot on goal.

Once they have the ball in hand again they pass the ball to the next player and drive behind them to loop in front of them and receive the ball again. Once the player reaches the end of the course they dribble the ball to the corner and then sprint around the court back to the end of the line with the ball in hand.

Green player 1 should drive onto the ball and pivot in front of blue player 1, to prevent them from intercepting green player 1's pass into the path of white player 1. White player 1 then dribbles the ball across to white player 2 and the drill starts again on the other side.

The goalkeeper is in the goal, touches a goal post, sprints forward to a player of his choice, gives him the ball, quickly returns to his goal running backwards. In this move the winger start with the ball and passes the keeper who returns the pass to the center back. At this point the wing back and the winger both make a forward run. The wing back receives the pass from the center back and then passes the ball to the winger who has made a looping run behind them. The winger completes the move with a shot on goal (no dribble before the shot allowed).

One player stands at the top of the triangle, this player is the feeder. They stand in front of the three other players who are stood in a line. The feeder throws a simple overarm to each player. When the ball is passed to them players should advance to meet the pass and then return it to the feeder.

The white player starts the drill by pointing to the player they want to tag. After having pointed the white player then proceeds to try and catch that player. Meanwhile the other players have to try and prevent the white player from tagging their man by blocking their way towards the person they want to tag.

I want to start shooting with left hand, but I don't know how to start working on it and make the shoot strong as shoot with right hand(or strong enough so I can score with left hand).
