Attackers try to score a goal when defended by one defender. After their shot the attacker collects their ball and joins the back of the line. If the defender wins the ball they rejoin the back of the line and the attacker who lost the ball becomes the new defender.

In the goal area players are static and dribbling the ball on the spot. When the trainer blows their whistle the players must try to dribble the ball across a certain line without being tackled. Defenders must try to prevent players from getting past them.

Attackers dribble towards the goal and throw at the goal. Once done, they get their balls back and go to the other queue.

1    A passes to B, C runs around the cone and receives the pass from B, dribbles around the cone and duels with defender 1 and makes a goalshot or passes to pivor E who makes a goalshot. 2    C passes to D, A runs around the cone and receives the pass from D, dribbles around the cone and duels with defebder 1 and makes a goalshot or passes to pivor E who makes a goalshot.

6 teams of 3 players. Teams G and F start as defenders. Teams A and B start attacking. In every attack there should be a moment of crossing. Attackers can play with pivots 1 and 2 to score a goal. After an attack the defenders go to the centre and teams A and B become defenders.

One defender stands in the middle in between the goal area and the center line. Their aim is to stop as many players as they can from dribbling from the goal area to the half way line but they can only tackle people as they run through the two cones. Once a player is tackled they then also become a defender.

Blue attackers try to get past the red defender. Go on to the other queue. Change after 10 defending actions. - no dribbling allowed - attackers have to dribble

The white players try to cross the court area by dribbling. There is one blue player stationed between the first cone zone who tries to snatch balls from the white players. There are also two blue players trying to snatch balls in the second zone.

Half the group are dribbling around whilst the other half are trying to snatch the ball from the other players.

All players except for two defenders are dribbling inside a half-court area. The two defenders start tagging the other players. Once tagged players must put their ball aside and help the taggers. The last player dribbling is the winner.

Players dribble the ball inside the 9m line. They are not allowed to touch any other player, if they do then both players receive a penalty point.

One player dribbles while their partner tries to get the ball from them. To start with players should only be shadowing one another - not actively trying to tackle the ball. Once players have become more confident at dribbling and shadowing you can then allow the defender to try and win the ball.

All your players have a ball each and are dribbling inside the goal area. Players must try to dribble their ball around the area whilst at the same time knocking away other player's balls. Once a player is dispossessed they must step outside of the area. The winner is the last player with their ball.
