Description
1- have a back four set up, with the halves transferring the ball to their opposite back. the back should run towards the ball.
2- the back will then transfer the ball to the other side of the pitch, while the first half leads towards the spot.
3- the other half passes to the person on the spot.
4- take a shot at goal.
5- once each player has done their job, rotate clockwise.
