
relay style - players line up behind orange cones in 2 lines. player on left will dribble through at speed and take a shot on goal. after shooting they move over and try to defend the player in the second line. after each player has gone through once, reset & switch lines. second time through - switch drill to shooting from right side.
keep ball close when dribbling through cones players run on outside of drill to not impact flow GK's will roll ball to corner & balls will be collected at end of drill. (alternate every 2-3 shots)
