Player receives the ball in the square with his back to the goal and must control and turn to face goal before setting and taking the shot. This can be a push out to left or right or step over / dummy to turn directly to goal. Player then heads to touch line to defend the second attacker. This then rotates with the next attacker becoming the next defender
