This is a drill good for shooting once you shook the defenders off usually with a skill move which is what you would want to do in the drill after you receive the ball. A way to make it more challenging is to shorten the distance between taking the shot and receiving the pass in order to put more effort into keeping balance and ball placement before the shot.
