
Create two 20x20 possession areas attached to each other. There will be 4 attacking players and 1 defending player in each side of the possession area. Attacking players must complete 4 passes in their end then pass the ball successfully to an attacking player in the other end. Those players must then successfully complete 4 passes before sending it back to the other end. After 5 minutes move both defenders into the attacking end. When play switches, defenders transition to the other end.
Work on movement off the ball. Play in wide areas to widen passing lanes.
