Always throw the ball down the line towards one of your own players chest of feet so they can either play the ball back to the throw in taker or control, shield and then pass. The LM player takes the throw ins on the right side of the pitch and RM takes them on the left side.
Hold the ball with both hands then pull the ball behind your head and throw the ball keeping both feet on the floor. The quicker you take the throw in the more space and time you will have. Always support after taking the throw in.
