DESCRIPTION

Setup: Inner square 10yards, outer 20 yards a player on each cone with extras split across opposing outside corners Pass the ball in the pattern shown and follow your pass. Passes received on you right foot Progression 1: change direction to received on your left foot Progression 2: Receive a pass, pass to next player, move to position where you received the pass (suprisingly hard for players to move in opposite direction of the ball) Progression 3: Progression 2 in opposite direction Expect to build through the progressions over a few sessions
