Attacking team (red) play with 6 players and high press out of possession (3 forwards, 3 mids) 3 Target gates, as shown, for the defending team to score though when playing out. HOW TO PLAY Red team (attacking) play square passes to move the defence around. On the coaches command. play a long through ball for the forward runners. Yellow team must defend and then build out of the back through one of the gates. Attacking team try to score in Big goal.
Play simple, secure the ball and play the way you are facing in transition. Goalkeeper create passing angles. Goalkeeper protect the space behind the back 3 and then drop off to create passing distance. Back line pass and drop.
