
Within this drill the athletes will be split into two seperate teams, from here they will compete with each other in a skill based race. This is down to ensure they are working hard but also include skills before the game, they first player will dribble the ball as fast as they can around the cones untill the end. From here they will play a pass back to their team mate waiting in line, the next player must not go untill the pass has reached them. First team to complete this wins.
