
1v1 with one ball per pair -2 min shifts. 3 pairs maximum. Player with the ball tries to beat the defender and dribble(not shooting) through any gate on the opposite side. If succeded he/she can keep the ball and change direction of attack.If defender gets the ball, he/she can score on the opposite gates. Deffenders can't follow past the gates.
Attackers: Close ball control,use faints,shielding,change direction. Defenders: Body stance,eyes on the ball,steal the ball(instead of kicking it away)
