At the second cone, it's the same concept, but a "right foot behing left leg pass" Third cone is again a "left foot behind right leg" pass to himself. Player goes around the 4th cone, passes the ball (ball only) through the gate, runs beside to gate to pick up his pass. Same thing at the other gate. Before kicking at the net, the player need to go through the "coach-defense".
