Blue runs with the ball across the grid switching places with the player opposite them. When they reach the other end they make a tight turn and head back to the other side. Red dribbles through the traffic keeping the ball tight and laying off to their teammate. Progression 1 - Red players pass across the grid while the blue continue their runs. Progression 2 - We add a red player in the middle of the pitch that is an obstacle to the dribblers and a passing option for the reds.
