When the ball is switched to their open side of the field, this is when the hard work really comes in.
1. Strokers, the nearest stroker pushes right across to the full back or player the ball has been switched too. The other strikers comes right in to close off any pass back into the CB's. 2. Att Mid, drops into the CM role to pick up their CM. 3. CM, pushes forward and over to the bearest midfielder to the ball. 4. DM, shuffle across acticing as a sweeper to the 2 midfielders. 5. Wingers, if the ball is switched from your side you need to drop pright back and quick to support your defence, picking up their widest players on your side. If the ball is switched over to your side of the pitch, you press right out to push the full back with the forwards. 6. Defence, shuffle across making sure two of the forwards are man marked and the central of the 3 is free as a sweeper.
