Coach plays short pass into 3 defenders, alternating varying sequence. Defender moves to receive pass as if pressing an attacker, controls ball and plays wall pass back into coach. covering defenders move according to pressing defender. reset, repeat until all 3 have received a pass - Group then navigates agility course . Next group comes in.
