Offensive team (blue) tries to score by running pass the defensive team (yellow) and touching the ball on the end line (last set of red cones). Rules of the Game: - There are 8 zones, each 4mx4m. - Only one player from each team can be in a zone at a time. - To score, the blue team will need to cross in to the yellow team's zones or side to score. - One blue player can drive with the ball into a zone. - If a blue player drives into a zone, one of his teammates can move into another forward half zone in order to score. - The defending team (yellow) must try to stop the blue team from scoring.
- Yellow team must shift, side to side, as a unit to try and stop the blue team from scoring. - Yellow team must communicate to each other when to shift and when a player will press up on his/her direct opponent. - Blue team must try and move the ball quickly to shift the yellow team and then choose the appropriate time to drive into a defensive zone and create a possible try with the help of a teammate.
