Two teams Each team try to defend their two mini goals by placing two defenders in the mini zones. The main aim is played in the central pitch. The aim for the team in possession is to free a player to dribble into the end zones and attack 1v1. The defenders in this zone must play with a "no one will pass attitude".
Small Sided Game involves minimal coaching - let the game flow. But if a 1v1 situation occurs and the defender doesnt break down the attacker corectly, you can easily talk to him/her by themselves.
