The blue team starts with 3 players. The red (defending) team start with one defender. When the blues get three passes another red comes into defend. Keep score, team that gets the most defenders opposing are the winners.
Forwards give good hand passes to chest. Defenders look for interceptions and turn overs. Stop and strip.
