
Area: Edge of area and half way line: playing length ways. A rectangle marked out in the centre of the pitch reaching to halfway along the length of the area, and 6/7 yards in from centre circle/area D. 12 players and 2 goalkeepers. 2 players from each team are located within the rectangle - no other player can enter and the players cannot leave. Aim is to score as per usual. No restrictions other than those listed above. Players should be rotated in and out of the rectangle. Progressions: One player from each team in rectangle No goals scored until players in rectangle touched it in passage of play No fixed players but only 1/2 from each team at any one time No players in rectangle and no players allowed inside Go to free play for last 10 minutes
