Have teams of two with different color bibs. One team attacks to a goal and try to score. If they score they take a new ball and try to score to the other side where a new team enters inside to defend. If a team manages to steal the ball must try to dribble or pass and stop the ball in the End Zone and then attack to the other side. The attackers when they lose ball they must press immediately (defending transition) to win it back.
