
BLUE = Defenders YELLOW = Attackers Defenders start in there box on the right and dribble the ball into the attackers box on the left. They stop the ball in the box and have to run round the cone on the left of the pitch. When the ball is stopped the attckers must run with the ball towards the 2 goalswhile the defenders chase them down. They have to play the final through ball under pressure through the cones.
