
Team is halved. Each half is within a coned box either side of a line of mannequins/flags/cones with two goals. On coaches command both sets of players pass and move withing their box. When the coach shouts "Switch" whichever player has the ball has to cross the ball round/over/through the mannequins to the other box where a player has to receive and control it then the practice continues. Variation - on receipt of the ball, player sets it up to the goal for the crossing player to run onto and shoot Variation - add GK to above
