cardio vascular day for preparation I group makes free run other group makes passing drill they swap exercises after 8'. swap again but the group that start the passing drill at the beginning, now starts with the possession. 4x8' is the target. in possession game is 2x3,5 minutes with 1' break in passing drill is 4' from right direction and straight on the 4th minute change to the left side.
