
GK starts with the ball. GK plays the ball long to one of the attackers (blue team) this is unopposed and they cannot be challenged when receiving this. The defenders (red team) aim to stop the attack and the ball being played out from the back towards their goal If the defenders win the ball back they aim to counter attack and score by running the ball through one of the 3 goals made of cones.
