With this session we are looking for the team that wins the ball to break out of the box and play the ball direct into the Strikers feet. Then any player from the same team looks to join the attack and create a 2v1 situation with the defender. Whoever starts in possesion in the box must make on pass to a player within the box before hitting the striker. If a player makes a tackle he can either play direct to the stricker or use a teammate to work it into the stricker Progression We progres the session putting a another forward against the defender, we encourage the ball to be played to the forward and allow one player on his team to join the attack. We also ask for one player from the opposing team to leave the box to help defend. Creating a 3v2 situation
