There are 5 boxes and the cones in each box is spaced 2m x 2m apart. The grid size is approximately 30m x 30m and the boxes are placed at each corner and in the middle of the grid. One player is standing in each box without a ball. All the remaining players have a ball each and are inside the grid. On the coachâs whistle all players dribble the ball towards a box of their choice where they pass the ball to the player inside the box and then take that players position. The player inside the box positions himself to receive the ball on his rear foot and with a first time touch pushes the ball out the box at 90 to which it comes into the box. The player leaving the box now dribbles the ball to another box and passes to the player inside that box and the exercise repeats itself. The drill continues for 5minutes before the players can have a break.
