All progressions done on the same square. For all progressions 6 players are needed, and for the first 3 progressions 2 balls are needed. Progression 1:Pass and follow pass. Focus on good mechanics of pass, control and body angle and good first touch. Progression 2. Wall pass, focus on good body angle, good mechanics on pass, and time run. Progression 3. Overlap, Good dribbling mechanics, and time overlap run. Progression 4. Rondo two touch only work in pairs.
