Players have to work their way up the ladder to become the Bowlout King! Each player must complete the drill 5 times in a row before being able to move up to the next drill. Green cones are 5 straight and accurate passes including a successful catch. Orange Cones are a bowl with the bounce in a large hoop and a successful catch at the other end. Red Cones are a bowl with the bounce landing on a coloured thrown down spot with a successful catch. The yellow or golden cones include a bowl out. If you have higher level players you could say that 2/3 wide balls count as a downward movement on teh ladder.
Work your way around the runs of the ladder to ensure all players are demonstarting a corrct bowling and throwing technique.
