Split players into two lines facing each other. First player throws a catch to player opposite and then runs round the back to the end of the line. 2nd player throws a catch to the next person in line and runs to the end of his line. Continuous play until the team works the ball from the green cones through the yellow cones.
Big open hands presenting maximum catching area. Head and hands in line with the ball. Progressions: Roll the ball for fielding practise. Change object being caught.
