COACHING POINTS

Footwork Agility Catching Fast Burst Drill Keep the number of players in the group small enough so there isn't much waiting around but enough to give players a rest between attempts. Preferably tennis ball catching but can introduce hard balls once in season. You can set this drill up as 1 drill if you have a small group of 4 or 5 OR set up multiples across the field to cater to larger number of players.
