Participants pair up and stand facing eachother a small distance away, each pair has a ball. They start off rolling the ball to eachother, stopping it and rolling it back. They are then shown the long barrier technique and 2 cones are placed behind each particionat and the objective is to try and roll the ball through your partners cones- whilst keeping the ball on the floor( no throwing)
