4 Goalkeepers in a square, two goal keepers play with the keeper opposite them in the square.
To start they will:
Ground pass and dive to get the ball.
High Volley to jump up and catch the ball.
Strong pass to get their body, feet hands behind the ball. (reflex save).
Goal keepers will then swap partners to play with a new goalkeep and will repeat the exercise.
The exercise will be repeated 3 times, havng a new partner each time.
