Play starts in midfield, team in possesion must have minimum 3x passes before feeding striker. 2x Midfielders (not the final passer) move into last 3rd to support striker and stretch the defence. (2v3) The striker makes the decision to pass to the best positioned teammate, or to use the open space created to have a shot himself.
If the opposing defence gain possession of the ball, they transition with a quick long ball to opposite striker, with 2x of their midfield joining the attack, in their attampt to now score.
Play stops on coaches command, and restarts again in midfield.
