Objective
Attacking team (white) try scoring a goal, yellow must win and score with a counter attack. Attacking team overloaded, yellow team interchange 2 players (or with white team). Switch attacking teams every few minutes. 50x35 area
Rules
- When attacking team has the ball (white), they must have one player in each wide zone, they don't necessarily have to receive it
- If they lose the ball, they must constrict preventing yellow from scoring
- White can only score inside end zone marked by blue cones
- Yellow doesn't need players in wide areas when ball is won. Yellow can score from anywhere

- Remove wide zone 'restriction'. (players should voluntarily want to go there)
