Soccer warm up

Very good interactive coaching drills.

DESCRIPTION

The player without the ball performs various exercises jumping jacks, squats, push ups, stretches etc.

The players with the ball dribble around the grid and make self passes around the players without the ball.

The players are awarded a point for each pass.

Switch the roles after 2 to 3 minutes.

Player with the most points wins the game.

close control

soft touches on the ball

constant movement

body mechanics 

agility and balance

contact surface of foot

change of speed and direcetion

protection on the ball protecting it
