Passing in a diamond working on power 

and using the inside of foot



Skills: 

10-15minutes same as before using inside of foot and 

power but this time adding players into the middle and

 spreading out more and gradually adding 

more people to make it more challenging 



5a side game 

10-15 minutes 

Playing game using the stuff they learned and 

using passing challenges in the game making it more

 fun and using power and speed 





Asking questions at the start to learn 

what they know already 

Ask questions in the middle of the session to 

see what they have learned so far and to 

see if they paying attention 

Asking questions at the end to see what the enjoyed 

What they struggled on what they need work on 

Asking questions when you think there not paying 

attention to wake them up and get them involved
