Zone Game-2v1 and GK in defensive zone, 3v3+floater and 2 wall players in middle zone, 1v2 and GK in attacking zone
Must make 5 passes in own 2 thirds before playing to striker. When striker gets ball 2 midfield players enter attacking zone to make 3v2. Floater and wall players play in middle zone with team in possession. Strikers and defenders can't cross zones, midfielders can't go into defending zone
Progressions-remove wall players for 4v4+1 in middle, no 5 pass rule, 1 midifelder can drop into defensive zone when 2 attacking midfielders go in to make it 3v3.
