In the first activity there will be players standing opposite each other, one side will have the ball and the other side will be passing the ball back. This activity is being used so that the participants passing skills can improve. They will be practising short and long passes, but they will first start with short passes and after they have done a few they will then pick the cone up and take it back with them when practising long passing. In the second activity there will be 2 games with 11 players on the outside and 2 players each on the inside the 11 players will be passing the ball to each other and the 2 in the middle will try and get the ball if they get megged they will havve to stay in the middle but if either 1 of the players in the middle gets the ball then the player that missed the ball or did a bad shot goes in the middle.
