Water break- while players are getting water break they are asked to tune in for recap of 4 zones

N.B. All activities are tailored to addressing the skills that will be needed for main coaching point
Zone 1: 3 V 1 Rondo - four spaces encouraging sidewards and forward and back ward movement in order to offer the play in possion an option.
Zone 2: Agility - sidewards front and back movements replicating high press body movements
Zone 3: Dribbling skills. 1m intervals. All four players together. 3 activities.
1. 360 around as many cones as possible in 90 sec
2. Change direction at as many cones as possible in 90 sec
3.Lift ball over cones in a controlled manner i.e. no big chips as many as possible in 90 sec
Zone 4: Passing through gates. Receiving the ball on the OUTSIDE of the gates one touch control to pass through the gates to the other side. Both feet.
