3 Areas set up: 1st cone base line, 2nd cone 6 yard box, 3rd cone 18 yard box, 4th cone half way, 5th cone opposite 18 yard box, 6th cone opposite 6 yard box and 7th cone (last one) opposite base line.
3 x players will be running at same and 3 x players resting
