Dribble to top centre cone, then out the right, back across to left, back to top centre than finish at bottom cone.
Do this a few times, using right only/left only/both feet.
Add in turns or stepovers etc at each cone.
Get the ball out of your feet between bottom and top centre cone. When over shorter distances, ball close to feet with small touches.
Use every part of your foot, inside, outside, sole, heel etc.
