Create 4 different "islands", each with a different color. indicate a "home base" for all players to gather.
When coach calls a color, players run AROUND the island back to the home base. players should not go inside the island. coach calls another color and repeat sequence.
Coach leads the group the first round, have players go themselves for 2nd round. ask each student which island they would like to visit, and let them decide. players must go to all 4 sides. (10mins)

Introduce a Ball, have players dribble AROUND the island and back to home base, make sure players are practicing changing directions on the ball without using hands.(10mins)
