4 attackers v 3 defenders
A line of cones midway up the pitch
All players start in the area infront of the blue cones.
The attacking team work the ball sideways between eachother until one of the wingers can play a long diagnol ball over the cones.
The opposite winger must collect the ball on the other side.
When the ball is played one central attacker can run through ro receive a cross and finish. One defender can also run through the line of cones to defend.
The ball must be played immediately from the receiving winger for a chance on goal.
No other players are allowed past the cones unless they are the receiver, the attacker or one defender.
